This second album is clearly different from the first one, even though I performed all the music again myself. I always loved funky music and fusion, especially in combination with other music styles. Like music of Herbie Hancock, Sly Stone, Stevie Wonder, Weather Report as well as Brazilian jazz. And, of course, at times combined with Surinamese music, including the music of my father Eddy Snijders. I never try to imitate others, but I love to create in several existing styles, and I still compose a lot of music (up to now I have more than five thousand compositions).
